NUTRITION COACHING PROGRAM
The slow and steady approach to coaching over 11 weeks to get back on the road to health and a healthy weight again.
This program is best for people who need time to work on a chronic illness or weight loss, or to absorb new information, get additional medical test results or make changes more slowly over an 11-week period (just short of three months). This program is for existing clients – clients who have had consultations with Melissa before and had good health results but fell off the health wagon (for one reason or another) and want concentrated personal attention to get on the right track again. Good for people who want regular nutritional support for working on weight loss, Metabolic Syndrome X (or several heart disease risk factors), prediabetes or early-stage diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), autoimmune disease or gluten intolerance involving several symptoms.
